Chloe Jonason had an existing website that wasn't doing justice to the brand or converting visitors into buyers. The site needed a complete rethink — not just visually, but functionally — to support a growing luxury interiors business and give customers an experience that matched the quality of the products.

Phase 1 — 2023: Full Shopify build

We rebuilt the site from the ground up on Shopify — designed for conversion, built for scale, and crafted to reflect the quality of the Chloe Jonason brand. The result was a fast, elegant store that gave the business a proper foundation to grow from.

Phase 2 — 2024: 30+ new features

A year on, we returned for a major feature sprint — adding over 30 enhancements including coming-soon labels on out-of-stock products, custom product page layouts, upsell and cross-sell mechanics, and a range of UX improvements designed to increase average order value and reduce drop-off. Helios Decorations is a homeware e-commerce store and physical shop based in Bern, Switzerland. Helios Creations is a sister company specialising in high-end pergola installation — a considered, high-value purchase with a long sales cycle. Both required very different approaches to deliver results.

Helios Decorations — E-commerce

We manage paid ads and email marketing for heliosdecorations.com, with a focus on consistent ROAS as the ad budget scales. The work spans campaign strategy, creative direction, audience targeting, and retention through email flows.

Helios Creations — Lead Generation

Helios Creations installs custom pergolas at CHF 20,000+ per project. The challenge was generating qualified leads for a high-consideration purchase at a cost that made the economics work. We built and manage a paid lead gen system that consistently delivers high-intent enquiries.
